Pinnacle Community Living DBA House of Comfort was founded on a simple belief: every person deserves a safe, warm, and welcoming place to call home — no matter their background or circumstances.
Our Story
House of Comfort was born from a deep conviction that housing is more than four walls and a roof. It is the foundation of health, dignity, and belonging. Our founders saw a critical gap in North Texas — adults and Veterans in need of stable, supportive housing with no safe place to turn.
We opened our doors to fill that gap. Operating as Pinnacle Community Living DBA House of Comfort, we provide furnished, community-style homes where residents receive not just a room, but a genuine support network — caring staff, shared meals, and neighbors who look out for one another.
Today we serve Veterans, seniors, and adults across North Texas, with locations in Plano and Forney. Every resident who walks through our door is treated as family.

Veterans
We are proud to provide dedicated housing for Veterans, including a 12-bed residence in Forney, TX. We work directly with VA offices and Veteran service organizations to ensure our heroes have a safe place to land.
Seniors & Adults
Adults who need assisted or independent living support in a warm, community-based setting — not a nursing home or clinical facility.
Individuals in Transition
People rebuilding stability after hardship. Prior felonies and evictions are reviewed individually — we believe in second chances and fresh starts.
